A decade ago I was a single mother, running (rather limping) from home to work, from meetings to grocery shopping, from social events to playing with my daughter.
Dragging myself to bed, night after night.
I was exhausted and my heart felt broken from living with such devastating pain - arthritis pain, deep in my bones, wearing out my soul.
But instead of giving up, I just threw out all the ways of living that I knew.
I dove into mindfulness.
I didn't start sitting in silence for weeks on end (I was far too busy raising my daughter... and building my career)...
but I did create a step-by-step framework that helped me redesign my chronic pain so that I could reach my goals without continuing to wear myself out.

is the book I wrote during Covid about my 15 year struggle with depression, anxiety and physical pain so deep I couldn't get out of bed for longer than 4-5 hours for over a year. The book led me to create my third social enterprise - alongside an already thriving coaching and consulting business.
I'm living my dreams in my time, and I'm living a life not ruled by chronic pain.
